In the kitchen of the Hotel am Schloß, classic culinary delights are combined with new trends in the art of cooking. It lists many fine growths of outstanding quality, including a large selection of Thuringian wines.

Restaurant

Enjoy daily breakfast buffet as well as our a la carte breakfast in the restaurant or in summer on the terrace with a magnificent view of the legendary Catherine Castle.
On our a la carte menu are numerous Thuringian dishes but also Mediterranean delicacies to choose from.

Bar

For our bar guests and all those who can’t get enough of sports, we now have the Sky – Sport package at our bar. See Bundesliga, 2nd Bundesliga, all games of the UEFA Championsleague and Europaleague and the games of the DFB – Cup live with a well-kept Pils in a sporty atmosphere. In addition, there’s the Formula 1, the German Ice Hockey League and international golf tournaments live at our bar in the Hotel am Schloß Apolda.
